4 ready to eat Hass avocados 2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped 1 small handful fresh coriander or parsley leaves, chopped 1 serranopepers / fresh chillies / red pepper, finely chopped or minced juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp Olive oil salt and pepper Optional: 1/2 onion, chopped
1. Mash the avocado with a fork. It does not have to be finely mashed (ie, a few pieces of avocado are just Good enough!) 2. Add the lemon juice and mix with a fork. Finally, add the garlic, peppers, tomatoes and onions and mix with each other. 3. Season with salt and black pepper.
