Shipment

We ship our packages to to following countries: The Nederlands,Germany, Belgium and Austria.

The shipping costs are:
The Netherlands  €6.90 / with signature €7.20
Germany: €10.50
Belgium: €10.50
Austria:€25

Your order at Mehadrin’s online store will be delivered to you by Postnl Parcel service.
We will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment.

Directly after we have shipped your order you will receive our confirmation per email. In this email you will also find a track & trace number which allows you to track your order. Your order should be delivered within 3 days from receiving our confirmation email.

If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving our confirmation email, please contact us immediately. You can find our contact details here.

Free shipping for purchase above the 60 euro, this valid only in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs will be specified upon placing your order. All prices are including VAT and for a package till 20 kg.

It is not possible to pick up your order at our offices or at any other pick-up point.

If you have a claim about the deliverd package or the quality, please inform us within 48 hours after receiving the order.

Exclusion Right of withdrawal
Due to the perishable nature of our products the Right of withdrawal is excluded.
Delivered products cannot be returned.
